Ozzie Suarez (guitar) started Ancestros Cord with Kevin Montgomery (vocals/bass) in 2014. Anthony Petrizzo (drums) completed this 3 piece heavy alt rock band and they have been playing shows around the NE Florida region ever since. Their sound combines 70's psychedelic rock with 90's alternative, but the feel is still soulful. This album (Ancient City) acquired it's name because all of the songs were written and recorded in Ancestros Cord's hometown of St. Augustine Florida.
